Joyce Brilinski OWNER - Accountant in Alpena, MI

Joyce Brilinski, the firm's owner since 1989, has more than 30 years of accounting and income tax preparation experience. Before becoming a reputable industry professional and IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer, Joyce obtained an Associate's Degree in accounting. Tax laws continue to change; Joyce changes with them. In fact, she attends continuing education classes each year to ensure she's up to date on all related tax laws and changes.

Kimberly LaBrecque - Accountant in Alpena, MI

Kimberly LaBrecque - Partner

Joining the team in 1991, Kimberly LaBrecque is the firm's go-to tax and financial accountant. She holds an Associate's Degree in accounting and applied science, as well as a Bachelor of Science in business accounting from the University of Phoenix. Kim is enrolled agent granted unrestricted rights to represent tax payers before the internal revenue service.

Lisa Medina - Partner

A full-time professional since 1998, Lisa Medina is an IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer. She holds an Associate's Degree in applied science of Accounting from Alpena Community College, and has studied business management at Northwood University. Lisa is enrolled agent granted unrestricted rights to represent tax payers before the internal revenue service

Naomi (Elaine) Kosloski - Accountant in Alpena, MI

Naomi (Elaine) Kosloski – Tax Return Preparer

Elaine joined our staff in 2014 as A Tax Professional. Elaine is a certified IRS Tax Return Preparer and she holds an Associate Degree from Jackson Community College in Business. Elaine continues her education in tax law by attending MSU tax schools annually to maintain her license and to keep up to date on the ever changing tax laws.

Cathy Merritt - Office Assistant - Receptionist

Cathy is the first person that will meet and greet you with a friendly smile when you walk into the office or call on the phone. She handles our day-to-day office assistant tasks and our client scheduler. Cathy has studied at Oakland Community College and Siena Heights University.

Stephanie Gamage - Office Assistant/Bookkeeper

Stephanie joined our team in the Fall of 2021. She has studied at Kirtland College & Alpena Community College and holds an Associate in Applied Science in Accounting degree. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys time with her two doggies, gardening, drawing, trail riding in her Jeep, and camping adventures.

Madison Medina - Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Madison is the first person you will meet when you walk into the office & she will greet you with a friendly smile every time. She handles our day-to-day office assistant tasks & client scheduling. Madison joined our team in January of 2022 and is studying at Alpena Community College for her Associate in Applied Science Accounting degree.
